AMA

AMA is the final result of “Los 5 Gritos de lucha contra la ELA” (five yells for the fight against ALS) project, which has had as main participants Pablo Olmos, who started the rope climbing on Mount Vinson in “ELAntarctica”, and Jaime Lafita and Miguel Ángel Roldán, who have continued the journey with the projects “TeidELA”, “BrusELAs”, “UrriELA”, and “HimELAya” (in all of these place names, you’ll find the word “ELA”, which is the Spanish term for “ALS”).

This project was born to give visibility to the more than 4,000 people in Spain with this condition, to demand more funds for research and continued expert care for people suffering from the disease, as there is still no cure.
