Through this notice, the Foundation informs website users that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 regarding the Protection of Natural Persons with respect to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of data (hereinafter, RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), personal data provided will be incorporated into our file owned by the Barcelona Olympic Foundation with address at Avinguda de l’Estadi, 60 de Barcelona 08038.
Access to our website does not require the user to register in advance. However, access and navigation through this web space assumes that the user fully accepts this privacy policy and that of cookies.

I. Legitimation of the treatment

The legitimacy to carry out the processing of user data is found in the consent of the interested party, requested for the specific case.
On the other hand, the management of the contracting of services, payment, invoicing and corresponding shipments, is legitimized by the execution of the contract itself.
The processing of data for the purpose of sending electronic newsletters about services, events, and news related to our professional activity, is based on the ‘legitimate interest of the Foundation to carry out these treatments in accordance with current regulations and the consent given by the interested parties.
In relation to the submission of your Curriculum Vitae and registrations for professional offers that we may publish, the of its treatment is based on the consent of the user who sends his data, which he can withdraw at any time, although this would mean that his candidacy could not be taken into account in our personnel selection processes. However, the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of the treatments carried out previously.
Equally, the user’s information may be used to comply with the various legal obligations of the Foundation.

II. Purpose of the treatment

We inform you that only those data necessary for the correct development of the existing relationship between the parties are collected, and specifically, for any of the following purposes:
− Manage the contracting of services and those management administrative specifics of the existing commercial relationship.
− Manage the use of any of those functionalities that are made available to you on this web space, including, by way of example and therefore, not limiting, the subscription to newsletters, inquiries or requests for information and subscription to contests, events.
− Manage the submission of your Curriculum Vitae through the enabled form or through other means.
− To events held or promoted by the Foundation at the facilities of the Joan Antoni Samaranch Olympic and Sports Museum or any other location deemed appropriate, photographs and videos will be taken that will be used for the dissemination and/or promotion of the activities of the Foundation, so that all attendees authorize the use and reproduction of their images or voice through their presence at the event itself.
The user guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated and will be the solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements. The personal data you provide us will always be treated in accordance with the RGPD.
We inform you that the Foundation is the final recipient of this data and is the one who decides on the purpose, content and use of the treatment of the personal data provided by users.

We remind you that no transfers will be made to third parties, except in case of necessity for the fulfillment of a contract or provision or legal obligation.

In accordance with the regulations in force, the Foundation guarantees that it has adopted all the technical and organizational measures necessary to maintain the required level of security in view of the nature of the personal data processed.
The Foundation declares its commitment to the protection of personal data and the privacy of users, and carries out the necessary technical security measures to avoid its loss, manipulation, dissemination or alteration.

V. Data retention period

We inform you that your data will be deleted the moment you revoke your consent, proceeding to its destruction, except in the case that there is a legal rule that requires its conservation, proceeding, in this case, to blocking of the data until the retention period expires.

Conditions of use of training sessions

The training sessions offered by the FBO in the framework of the organization of the Bcn Sports Film Festival are for exclusively teaching and training use by educational entities.

When viewing these sessions, the person responsible undertakes not to record and to prevent the recording by third parties through any device that allows it of the sessions that are played.
