Daisy

Daisy is a poetic rumination that questions the effects of intergenerational trauma after my Mother died by suicide in 2021. The film explores my family’s Jewish identity and immigration history, stemming from 1940s Hungary. Daisy intertwines this journey from the past with how I process these questions through open-water swimming.
It is a short documentary and a way to process grief.
