The official jury of the BCN Sports Film Festival meets to choose the winners of the 15th Edition
The official jury of the BCN Sports Film Festival 2025 meets in Barcelona to deliberate and select the winning productions for the awards of the 15th edition of the festival, taking place from February 17 to 25, 2025.
The meeting was attended by Francesc Terrón, director of the Fundació Barcelona Olímpica, and Agustí Argelich, director of the festival. Joining them were four renowned figures who form the official jury, blending the essence of cinema, sport, and culture:
An estemeed jury
This year’s edition features an exceptional jury, composed of renowned professionals in the fields of cinema, sports, and communication:
- Emma Mussoll, writer and screenwriter with extensive experience in creative storytelling and audio fiction.
- Margi Villa del Priore, actress, director, and artistic director with over 15 years of experience in the film and theatre industries.
- Martí Niubò, director of strategic planning and innovation at the Institut Barcelona Esports, a key figure in promoting sports projects like the Barcelona Sport Hub.
- Montse Rodríguez, expert in cinema and public relations, journalist at international festivals, and collaborator in film productions.
- Sergi Martí, director and screenwriter experienced in short films, documentaries, and animation.
These five jury members are tasked with evaluating the finalist productions and deciding the winners in the festival’s various categories.

The winning films will not be revealed until the closing ceremony, scheduled for Saturday, February 22, at the Museu Olímpic i de l’Esport Joan Antoni Samaranch, where the City of Barcelona Amphora will also be awarded.
