Last day of screenings of the BCN Sports Film Festival

The BCN Sports Film Festival culminates its exciting journey with two last sessions. On this last day of the festival, another session of “And the winners are…” was screened in the morning, this time at the Institut Nacional d’Educació Física de Catalunya (INEFC). And, in the afternoon, “L’équipe” at the Institut Français de Barcelona, marking the climax of this incredible cinematographic celebration.

 

The BCN Sports Film Festival has concluded in a spectacular way, leaving indelible memories in all the attendees. The first session, “And the Winners are…”, offered a selection of the award-winning audiovisual productions of this edition. At 11 am at the Institut Nacional d’Educació Física de Catalunya (INEFC) the spectators (mostly students) relived great moments with films that captured the essence of sport and moved the audience and the jury alike. It was an emotional journey through the cinematographic and sporting excellence that characterizes the BCN Sports Film Festival.

In the evening, at the “L’Équipe” session at the Institut Français de Barcelona at 19:30h, attendees were immersed in the greatness of French sport through a special selection of films. With Pau Albà, director of “Spectacular” and winner of SpotSport 2024 contest, and Mohsen Ranjbar, director of “Chronometre”, in attendance, the audience had the opportunity to explore the richness and diversity of French sport on the big screen.

 

Tuesday, February 27th marked the closing of another successful edition of the BCN Sports Film Festival, where the passion for cinema and sport came together in an unforgettable event. We thank all participants, filmmakers and fans for making this festival a unique experience.
